When placing an order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for items to ship. However, we will endeavour to send items immediately. For specific questions regarding delivery timeline for an item, please contact customer services here.
You may cancel an order as long as it has not yet left our stores.

Shipping Carriers and Charges
Variety Sales ships most orders via Royal Mail or Hermes. The charge for each delivery is £3.95
When your order is shipped, you will be sent tracking details via our chosen courier.
General Return Policy
This website is proud to offer our customers a unique selection of items, at affordable prices. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product for whatever reason, please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues you may have.
You may return any items to us within 14 days of receipt. This item(s) must be unused and in its original unopened packaging. You the buyer, must pay the full post and packing cost of returning the item, including damaged or faulty goods, as all items are checked before dispatched except electrical goods-i.e. battery or mains operated items.
A replacement will be sent or a refund will be given; we will require you to return the faulty product back to us. We will refund postage costs incurred if you return any item to us that is deemed faulty. Alternatively, if you live locally, you may want to save on your postage; please give us a call or email us and we will provide you a time and day to drop off your item.
Variety Sales must approve all return requests. If you would like to process a return, please email us here including your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been received and approved, we will issue you return authorisation. (Note: We are unable to process unauthorised returns.) All returns are at the sole discretion of Variety Sales.
We regret that we are unable to process returns on items that are not in their original packaging. Additionally, Variety Sales is unable to process a return for items that are identified as either on "Clearance" or "Sale," or items that are listed as "Final Sale." This policy also applies to items which are identified as "non-returnable" or "ineligible for return" on their product page.
All eligible products must be returned to Variety Sales within 14 days of delivery. Any items received after the 14-day return period will not be processed for return. Variety Sales attempts to process all returns within one (1) week of receipt.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to return your shipment to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Variety Sales does not cover the costs associated with returning an item to us or the supplier.
Refunds and Credits
The decision to issue either a refund or a credit is at the sole discretion of Variety Sales. If approved for a refund, it will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If approved for a credit, a credit will be issued to your customer account for use with future purchases. Variety Sales will process all refunds and/or credits once the returned items have been received by our warehouse, and they are deemed to be in a suitable (undamaged and unused) condition.
Refunds and credits are provided with consideration to the original outbound shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for the original outbound shipping costs, even if the cost was included in the product price (i.e. "Free Shipping," or subsidised shipping costs that have been included in the retail price, and may or may not be identified on the product page.)
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact customer service here within 24 hours of receiving the order. Do not discard the damaged item or the original packaging. Be prepared to submit photos to customer service of both the packaging, and the damage to the items. For insurance purposes, we will be unable to process any claims for damaged shipments that do not have accompanying photographs.
Erroneous + Defective Items
If you have received an item in error, or if the quality of the item you ordered is not up to the manufacturer’s standards, please contact customer service here within 5 days of receiving your order.
